Masaurhi is one of 243 constituencies of legislative assembly of Bihar. It comes under Pataliputra (Lok Sabha constituency) along with other assembly constituencies viz. Danapur, Maner, Phulwari, Paliganj and Bikram.[1] It is reserved for scheduled castes.
