Modlíkov is a municipality and village in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
Modlíkov lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Havlíčkův Brod, 28 km (17 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 111 km (69 mi) south-east of Prague.
