Chatham Dockyard, Kent,England has the finest collection of 18th and 19th century naval dockyard buildings many of which are scheduled as ancient monuments. The Sail and Colour Loft, where sails and flagswere made. Built in 1723. HMS Victory's sails and flags were made here.
