Phoutthasay Khochalern (Lao: ພຸດທະໄຊ ໂຄຈະເລີນ (born 29 December 1995) is a Laotian former professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Thap Luang United in Thai League 3.[1]

In 2013, he was called up to the Laos national team for a friendly match against Singapore.
