Deutsch: Regenwurm zur Hälfte wieder eingegraben, man sieht hier nur noch das Hinterende herausragen. Auf Erdboden in Durham (North Carolina). Adulter Lumbricus terrestris, wohl aufgenommen an einem milden Wintertag. Der Wurm ist daher sehr schlank und mit unauffälligem, schmalen Clitellum.
