Bryngolau is a small village in the community of Llandysul, Ceredigion, Wales, which is 62.2 miles (100.1 km) from Cardiff and 181.5 miles (292.1 km) from London. Bryngolau is represented in the Senedd by Elin Jones (Plaid Cymru) and is part of the Ceredigion constituency in the House of Commons.[1][2]
