Turkish and Azeri dish
Stuffed quinces (Turkish: Ayva dolması)[1][2] are made of quinces stuffed with meat (lamb) and rice. The ingredients are ground meat, rice, quince, grape molasses, coriander, salt, and warm water.
In 2017, dolma making in Azerbaijan was included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists.[3]
