Two IPs making the same kind of often-ungrammatical "is an area/district" edits across East London articles, in the manner of past socks, both working on the Poplar and Bow articles. 86.144.43.18 is making some of the same edits as currently-checkuser-blocked User:92.40.215.121 ([1] and [2] echoing [3]) and is numerically close to past sock IP User:86.144.43.7.
