I can't get AIV to take an interest as it's not "obvious vandalism", and SPI is slow to react. I'm wasting a lot of time mopping up after him. Is there anything you can do?

Also here. Most of this stuff is actually pretty benign. He's mostly moved away from WP:NOPIPE violations to focus on updating piped links where pages have been moved.
