Welcome to the safe space of Mattrices, a fellow Wikipedia Editor who has been in the Wikipedia page since October 2022 (relatively new). I create and edit articles based on politics, military history, or video games I find fascinating.

Basic Information

My name is Matthew, and I was born a male in 2007, in Manila, Philippines. I moved to Singapore when I was 2, and it is where I’m spending my entire childhood in. I love to play video games, build things out of LEGO, program, do boxing, study chess and write stories on my life. I am very introverted, but I am not as afraid to say my views online as I am able to think out exactly what I want to say. I am a practicing Catholic.

Editing Style

I write in British English, and I am obsessed with keeping things pretty yet practical, though the former is a little bit more important to me. I prefer adding pictures to punctuate my points as they add some much ‘gravitas’. I have a habit of not using enough credible sources.

Personal Politics

I do not prefer to be affiliated with any political party; I’m an independent. I am a pure centrist who strives to see both sides of the story in order to find the third side, the truth. I completely respect anyone point of view as I recognise that where one lives and how they were treated when growing up greatly affects how one sees. I also feel everyone is allowed to have their own thoughts and opinions, and they should not be silenced, but we also are allowed to have opinions on theirs.

I am a firm believer of human rights, and that every single person on this planet must have these exact same rights: the right to live, the right to vote, the right to property, and the right to free speech. I am heavily against capital punishment and corporal punishment, which include flogging, waterboarding, and unwanted mutilation. I believe everyone must be treated with the same respect and dignity as one may have on themselves

I support the 2nd Amendment in the United States as a fellow Gun Nut, but I support the proper implementation of increased gun control, allowing all law-abiding individuals to access a gun whilst also intercepting individuals who are suspected of being a criminal. The education for the handling of firearms must be improved, and a permit must not be easy to obtain in a span of a few days.

Personal Hobbies

I love to play FPS Games, like Escape from Tarkov, PUBG, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and CS:GO, as well as strategy games, such as Cities Skylines and Command and Conquer 3. Sometimes I program inside ROBLOX Studio, creating various video games. Offline, I partake in sporting competitions such as Football and Swimming.

I am a casual chess player. I usually play the King’s Pawn Opening or the Sicilian Defence.

I am a collector of LEGO bricks. I create models based on the military genre, such as firearms or tanks.

I like to box as an hobby, because I like punching consenting people.
