Turkish cold bulgur soup (Turkish: Bat) is a traditional meal in the cuisine of those in Amasya, Tokat, and Sivas. It is a staple of Turkish cuisine in the aforementioned areas, and it is similar to mercimek köftesi by means of preparation.
