Easily creates interwiki links to Wiktionary for Esperanto terms. For instance, to link to a definition of the Esperanto word {{Lang|eo|libro}} (book), use <nowiki>{{wikteo|libro}}</nowiki>. Also inserts <nowiki>{{lang|eo|...}}</nowiki>wrapper around text to mark article as having Esperanto text in it.
