Stavros Arnaoutakis (Greek: Σταύρος Αρναουτάκης; born 25 May 1956) is a Greek politician and former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK) between 2004 and 2009.[1] He also served as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament and Deputy Minister for the Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping from 2009 to 2010.[1]

He is the first elected regional governor of Crete, having successfully contested the 2010, 2014, 2019 and 2023 regional elections.
