Najneh-ye Olya (Persian: نجنه عليا)[a] is a village in Nameh Shir Rural District of Namshir District, Baneh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.

Ethnicity

The village is populated by Kurds.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 825 in 143 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 750 people in 186 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 688 people in 184 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
