Liv Hovde (born 25 October 2005) is an American tennis player.
She has a has a career-high WTA singles ranking of world No. 261 achieved on 22 April 2024 and a doubles ranking of No. 396 achieved on 18 March 2024.
Career
Juniors
On the ITF Junior Circuit , Hovde had a career-high combined ranking of No. 3, achieved on 28 November 2022.[1] She reached the semifinals of the 2022 Australian Open girls' singles , the quarterfinals of the 2022 French Open girls' singles and was champion of the 2022 Wimbledon girls' singles .[2]
2024: WTA and WTA 1000 debuts
Ranked No. 286 having received a wildcard for the qualifying competition, she reached the main draw at the 2024 BNP Paribas Open with wins over Aliaksandra Sasnovich and Harriet Dart , making her WTA and WTA 1000 debut.[3] [4]
