Jason Gilmore is an Australian professional rugby union football coach.[1] He is currently the head coach of the Australia A team,[2][3] and was previously interim head coach of the Waratahs in the Super Rugby competition. Gilmore took over as interim head coach of the Waratahs, alongside Chris Whitaker, in March 2021 following the dismissal of head coach Rob Penney.[4] He had previously been head coach of the Australia U20 side, coaching the team between 2017 and 2020, first as an assistant coach, and then as head coach.[5] He had joined the Waratahs in June 2020 ahead of the 2020 Super Rugby AU season as an assistant coach specialising in defence.[6]
