English: Originally a hunting camp, now a tourist destination known as Taku Glacier Lodge,. Five ten-passenger floatplanes transport up to fifty visitors from downtown Juneau and back every two hours. While at the lodge, visitors enjoy a buffet of grilled King Salmon or chicken, a talk on the history of the lodge and a walk in the woods. Gift shop on premises. |
