The highest of four man-made hills in Northala Fields at grid reference TQ 129 836 beside the A40 road in Northolt, London Borough of Ealing. This hill is all of 22 metres (72 ft) high. It is seen here from the "summit" of the easternmost of the hills - 18 metres (59 ft). The site makes extensive use of gabions. A long line of gabions spirals up this hill. Even the litter bins are formed as gabions! |
