English: This project proposal, written in Romanian, specifices the structure of the Enescu international festival. Its first edition took place in 1958 in Bucharest. Its purpose was to honor Enescu and popularize Romanian culture internationally. This document specifies in detail: location(s), honor committee members (Menuhim, Shostakovich, Khachaturian, Honneger, Oistrakh, Perlea, Celibidache, Mihalovici, Golestan, etc.). In addition, it proposes that the festival includes violin and piano competition, the mandatory repertoire, the prizes. There is much more information and I plan to translate the entire document at a later date.
