Spectrum of bacterial susceptibility and resistance
Bacteroides fragilis, enterococci, Pseudomonas spp. and staphylococci are resistant to cefpirome sulfate, and some Haemophilus spp. and pneumococci have developed resistance to it to varying degrees.[1]
