- Delete it does indeed.--Prosfilaes (talk) 07:23, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
- Delete: I agree it is a screenshot of the TV. Jappalang (talk) 10:26, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
- Delete One can tell it's photographed from a TV screen. Hekerui (talk) 10:48, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
- Well, if you consider shooting a detail from a TV screen (lasting 1/50th of a second) less appropriate, than scanning a detail from a Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, owned by the Louvre , and, obviously scanned from a book, that is more recent then 70 years, then go on...
Or, Prosfilaes, if he thinks the File:Sibirskai Surikov.jpg is scanned from a book that is older than 70 years, let him throw the stone and hide the hand...
Thank all of you, who have payed attention to my insignificant photo!

- According to Commons policy there is a difference between "faithful reproductions of two-dimensional public domain works of art" and you making a screenshot of a copyrighted broadcast. Hekerui (talk) 01:07, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
Deleted, clear case; derivative work with false license. You do not become the copyright holder of someone else's work by grabbing a frame of it off tv. Infrogmation (talk) 01:38, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
Agree! Learned a lot. Thank you! Edal (talk) 12:03, 9 November 2010 (UTC)
