ERMETH (Deutsch: Elektronische Rechenmaschine der ETH in Deutsch), one of the first computers in Europe inspired by Zuse Z4, was developed by Prof. Eduard Stiefel in 1948-1957 at the Institute of Applied Mathematics at ETH Zurich.
