Network Capital Funding Corporation Corporation is a Nevada corporation headquartered in Irvine, CA.[2] The direct mortgage company offers fixed and adjustable-rate residential mortgages and home equity loans up to $2 million, as well as government-funded affordable loan programs.[3][2] Network Capital has mortgage lending licenses in twenty-six states.[4]

History

Network Capital was founded in 2002 to simplify initial mortgage and refinancing processes.[5][3] In addition to offering improved technology, company Mortgage Bankers work one-on-one with prospective homebuyers and homeowners throughout the loan process as revised in 2010.[6]

With sales of $44 million in 2012, Network Capital ranked thirty-eighth on Inc. Magazine’s list for the top 100 financial services companies nationally, and forty-fourth in all industries in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, based on revenue growth percentage from 2007 to 2010.[7]

Loan Services and Mortgage Products

Network Capital markets the convenience of its loan process.[2] The company’s primary products are fixed and adjustable-rate residential mortgages and “jumbo” home equity loans of up to $2 million, and the company provides electronic signing and management for all of its loans.[2][3]

Awards and Recognition

In 2011 and 2012, Network Capital was ranked by Inc. Magazine as one of the 50 fastest growing finance services companies.[8] (GNW) The company was also named one of the best places to work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal.[3][2] In 2012, Orange County Business Journal placed Network Capital in its Best Companies Group.[2]
