Nasrabad (Persian: نصرآباد)[a] is a city in the Central District of Jarqavieh County, Isfahan province, Iran.

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 5,751 in 1,361 households, when it was in the former Jarqavieh Sofla District of Isfahan County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 6,176 people in 1,577 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 6,425 people in 1,768 households.[2]

In 2021, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Jarqavieh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Nikabad as its capital. Nasrabad was transferred to the new Central District.[6]
