The station is owned by Vernon Van Winkle, and is available locally on CenturyLink Cable channel 12 in Pahrump, streaming on KPVM.TV and on IPTV VCC[clarify]. It operates with an independent station format (branded "Prime TV") on its main channel, along with programming from various minor networks on its other digital subchannels.
